21 Squadron SAAF is a squadron of the South African Air Force. It is currently a VIP transport squadron.

- Historic aircraft flown: Maryland, Baltimore, Marauder, Ventura, Viscount, Dakota, HS-125, Swaeringen Merlin IVA, Beech KingAir 200C.
- Current aircraft flown: Dassault Falcon 50, Cessna 550 Citation 1, Dassault Falcon 900, Boeing BBJ (the last being the aircraft of the President of South Africa and having the registration ZS-RSA).
- Current base: AFB Waterkloof, Pretoria.
