Adrian Goldsworthy (born 1969) is a British historian and military writer. After studying in St John's College (Oxford University) he completed a Ph.D in ancient military history in 1994. Goldsworthy is the author of several books on the subject, including:

- Roman Warfare (Cassell, 2000)
- The Punic Wars (Cassell, 2000)
- Cannae (2001)
