The Brandeis Award recognizes "those have done exemplary work to protect and champion privacy." It is awarded by Privacy International and named for Louis Brandeis, a justice on the United States Supreme Court.

The Zionist Organization of American also issues a Louis D. Brandeis Award

The Federal Trade Commission issues a Brandeis Award for outstanding litigator.
