The British Computer Society or BCS is a professional society within the UK consisting of IT practitioners. It aims to provide a central place for IT practitioners to find information, and accredits individuals with post-nominal letters to symbolise different levels of membership within the society.
A full member is entitled to put MBCS CITP after their name and may additionally register as a chartered engineer.
