Estrid of the Obotrites: Meaning (information, definition, explanation, facts)

Estrid, or Astrid, of the Obotrites (born c.979) also known as queen Ingrid of Sweden was married to Olof Skötkonung the King of Sweden. Their son Anund Jacob succeeded Olaf as king. A daughter, Ingigerd, or Anna, married Yaroslav I the Wise, prince of Novgorod and Kiev.
