Finchley Central: Meaning (information, definition, explanation, facts)

Finchley Central is a version of Mornington Crescent designed in the 1980s by postal gaming hobbyists for postal play.

It is essentially the same as the original except that 1) the target has been changed to Finchley Central for copyright reasons and 2) huffing is obviously impossible.

Finchley Central was very popular for a short time in the 1980s but has since fallen out of favour.
