Gay Times: Meaning (information, definition, explanation, facts)

The Gay Times is the United Kingdom's leading gay magazine, for gays, lesbians and bisexuals, though it is mainly aimed at gay men. The first issue of the Gay Times appeared in 1984, when it was created from HIM magazine.

It features gay news and current events, interviews, photo portraits of men, male art, an 'agony aunt' section, personal ads, and sections on music, film, literature, and the internet. It also features softcore pornographic advertisements and a large directory section, including ads for escort services, counselling services and phone lines.
