Hexachrome: Meaning (information, definition, explanation, facts)

Hexachrome is Pantone's six-color printing process. In addition to CMYK inks, Hexachrome adds orange and green inks to expand the color gamut for better color reproduction. Some recent inkjet printers use similar technology for the same reason.
