Hokkaido Air System (北海道エアシステム Hokkaidô Ea Shisutemu, or HAC) is a commuter airline that flies to destinations in Hokkaido, Japan. Japan Air System has a 51% stake in the carrier: the other 49% is controlled by the Hokkaido government.
