Lee Hsien Loong (Hanzi: 李显龙; born February 10 1952), is the third Prime Minister of Singapore as of August 12, 2004. He also serves as the Minister for Finance. Lee Hsien Loong is the eldest son of Singapore's long-time leader Lee Kuan Yew. He was educated in the University of Cambridge, and has attended the Kennedy School of Government in Harvard University. He had served in the Singapore Armed Forces prior to becoming a Member of Parliament in 1984 and subsequently Deputy Prime Minister in November 26 1990.
