Maryland, London postcode E15 is in the London Borough of Newham near Stratford, London and Leyton in the East End of London. It is served by Maryland rail station on the Network South East.

The area has seen many changes, especially recently the place has been targeted by redevelopment, linked to the planned opening of the Channel Tunnel rail link in Stratford. The University of East London used to have a major presence in the area, up until they shut their Maryland campus in 2002.

The area has a number of massage parlours, chicken shops and junior schools.
