Mighty Spoiler: Meaning (information, definition, explanation, facts)

Mighty Spoiler, born Theophilus Philip (March 23, 1936 - December 24, 1960), was a Trinidadian calypso music singer.

Spoiler's career began in 1946 (see 1946 in music) at the House of Lords Tent, and he soon became one of the most popular calypso singers, known for hits like "Bedbug", "Magistrate Try Himself", "Picking Sense out of Nonsense" and "Royal Wedding". He died in 1960 (see 1960 in music) of an alcohol-related illness.
