Molar solution: Meaning (information, definition, explanation, facts)

In chemistry, a molar solution is a solution with one mole of the compound per litre of distilled, or de-ionised, water. You add the molecular mass -- sometimes called the formula mass or the relative molecular mass (RMM) -- in grams to one litre of the water.
