Mulvey Park: Meaning (information, definition, explanation, facts)

Mulvey Park in Windy Arbour, Dundrum, Dublin, Ireland was built around 1948 and features a large grass park which is regularly used for football matches. The park was named for a local councillor in the area. The estate is shaped like a single paddle, with a straight section leading in from the Dundrum Road as far as the grass park, and a further small cul-de-sac beyond. At the Central Mental Hospital side of the road in, the houses are set back even further than the in rest of the estate, with a further small grass space in front.
