New Zealand, Buckinghamshire: Meaning (information, definition, explanation, facts)

New Zealand is a hamlet in Buckinghamshire, England, to the north of Aylesbury town centre. The hamlet has been entirely swallowed up by the urban growth of Aylesbury, however the public house of the same name remains today. The hamlet gains its name from a breed of cow, that was supposedly farmed there.
