Nils Johan Semb (born 1959) was the coach of the Norwegian national football team during 68 matches in the period 1998 through 2003.
Even though he managed to lead his team to the 2000 European Football Championship (first time ever for Norway), he generally failed to live up to the achievements of his predecessor Egil "Drillo" Olsen.
He was replaced by Åge Hareide in 2003.
