Ornithischia is one of the two orders of the dinosauria supergroup. It was proposed by Professor Seeley in 1887, and has been generally adopted.

The differences between ornithischia and its sister order, between which all dinosaurs are distributed, are based on the form of the pelvis, the braincase, the vertebrae and the armor.
