Paolo Maldini: Meaning (information, definition, explanation, facts)

Paolo Maldini (born June 26, 1968) in Milan is an Italian football player. In his whole career he has only played for A.C. Milan, in which he mainly plays the position of left back. His Serie A debut was in 1985 and from that year, he has been called as Milan's forever left side back. He retired from the national team after Korea-Japan World Cup in 2002 after being capped 126 times, scoring 7 goals.

Paolo's father, Cesare, also captained A.C. Milan in the 1960's, lifting the Champions Cup in 1963.
