Port Bolivar, Texas is an unincorporated town located at the end of the Bolivar Peninsula in Galveston County, Texas. As of 1990, Port Bolivar had a population of 1,200. The town is home to the historic Bolivar Lighthouse, which once guided ships entering Galveston Bay.
Ferry service is provided by the Texas Department of Transportation between Port Bolivar and Galveston.
