Queen is the first rock album by British band Queen, originally released in 1973. The album was recorded at Trident Studios and De Lane Lea, United Kingdom. It was engineeed by Roy Baker, Mike Stone, Ted Sharpe, Dave Hentschel.
This album is far more explicit in gay and queer lyrics than their later work, with a song entitled "My Fairy King" and lyrics on "Son and Daughter" that begin "Tried to be a son and daughter rolled into one."
