Simon Fuller (born 1960?) is a successful British record and television producer.
When he discovered Paul Hardcastle in the mid-1980s, he set out on his own and propelled Hardcastle to number one with his Vietnam war song, "19". After this success, he decided to name his management company Nineteen.
He managed Annie Lennox, originally from the 1980s pop music group The Eurythmics.
While he did not create the Spice Girls, he was their manager through the peak of their success. However, within about half a year of his leaving, the group disbanded. He continues managing Victoria and David Beckham.
He attempted to create his own Spice Girls in 21st Century Girls; however, that group failed to achieve the level of success he hoped.
He was the manager and creator of S Club 7 and is also the creator of television shows Pop Idol, American Idol, World Idol, and its other spin-offs.
