Takeda Awards: Meaning (information, definition, explanation, facts)

The annual Takeda Awards were presented in 2001 and 2002 by the Takeda Foundation. There are three award categories: social/economic well-being, individual/humanity well-being and world environmental well-being.

According to their Web site, no awards were given in 2003 due to financial constraints.

These awards include a monetary prize of 100 million yen.
