Tim Carpenter is a member of the Democratic Party from Milwaukee, Wisconsin who has served in the Wisconsin State Senate for the 3rd Senate District since 2002. He graduated from UW-Milwaukee, and received his Masters degree from UW-Madison. Before this, he served in the Wisconsin State Assembly from 1984 to 2002, and as the Speaker Pro Tempore in 1993.
